Ayesha Takia was born on 10th April 1986. Her father was a Gujarati and her mother half Maharashtrian and half Caucasian British.
She faced cameras from the age of 4 and spoke Hindi fluently.
She got ‘Socha Na Tha’ in 2004, but this got delayed and so she signed for ‘Tarzaan The Wonder Car’ her debut in Bollywood and received awards.
After this, her films did a poor show at the Box Office, but scored with teenagers in ‘Shaadi No 1’ and ‘Dil Maange More’.
She worked for Telugu movie in 2006 and in ‘Dor’ she did a simple role and received lots of praise and recognition.
